To share how to get the most out of the human body. Training athletes and training everyday people are not such different things. What they are required to do is at a different levels, however the fact remains they both want to get the most out of the themselves in the least amount of time.
In the 3 hour program Jason will share with you:
- The framework that guides his thought process for every program.
- The logical method that sets up his sequencing.
- 5 specific tools that he uses every day.
Jason has been a seasoned professional in the Strength & Conditioning industry over the last 20 years, and has worked extensive periods at an elite level with teams including the Wallabies and Fremantle Dockers. As the longest serving Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Wallabies (2002-2007), Jason had direct responsibility for the physical preparation of the team for over 100 test matches including two Rugby World Cups, and was also a catalyst in building the foundations for the Australian Rugby Union’s current long-term physical development program.
Since 2008 Jason has been the Sport Science (High Performance) Manager at the Fremantle Football Club (AFL), overseeing all elements of preparation including S&C, medical and rehabilitation, with the club securing it’s first Grand Final appearance in 2013.
