The Running Workshop is an intensive 4-hour workshop designed to improve your technique, breathing and efficiency and to maximise the benefits of running.
The workshop will cover technique training in:
- Breath control for running and different speeds
- Posture and body position
- Gait and foot placement
- Drills to further develop and improve technique
- Programming tips to personalise your outcomes
