The Running Workshop is an intensive 4-hour workshop designed to improve your technique, breathing and efficiency and to maximise the benefits of running. 

The workshop will cover technique training in:

  • Breath control for running and different speeds

  • Posture and body position

  • Gait and foot placement

  • Drills to further develop and improve technique

  • Programming tips to personalise your outcomes
