MENTAL

RESILIENCE

SEMINAR

INTRODUCTION

Since 2008, we have developed a continuum of programs for individuals, front-line personnel and management teams to enhance performance in areas which include: personal sovereignty, self-leadership, ‘follower-ship’ and leadership, awareness and observance, pattern recognition, real-time incident management skills, and post-incident conduct.

In order to solve problems, sometimes it’s important to ‘get out of your headspace’, and take a step back to provide you and your family, or team with a different perspective. Experience shows that adjusting your perspective can alter the perception of a situation or activity and help to expose the true nature of the problem, or more of the nuances of the problem. in turn, this offers decision-makers more options to triage and solve the problem.

Through our unique experiences, and through working with a variety of clients over the last two decades (in the military and in the corporate sector), we have deduced several key concepts critical for everyone to find perspective and make better decisions. These key concepts form the principle methodologies of all our workshops.

To understand these key concepts it sometimes requires stepping out of the confines of the normal work environment and undertaking activities which immerse students in the subject-matter. This mental Resilience seminar is one of a variety of ‘outside-the-box’ training solutions The Mill offers to assist our clients and members efficiently and effectively achieve their stated outcomes.
