Our methods employ techniques which progressively immerse you into situations, problems and adversity with like-minded people to develop skills and understanding from experience.

One of the primary goals is to change your perspective on adversity to understand more about your true potential and capabilities. We call this "changing your frame of reference". Your frame of reference is built by the experiences in your life on which you categorise and rank levels of pain, stress and adversity. It is a comparative scale which governs a number of subconscious factors. This includes the scale on which you judge your ability to categorise the severity of adversity and thus your ability to overcome adversity. By offering immersive experiences and by progressively increasing the severity and complexity of adversity you are better able to put  problems like pain and fear into perspective, and to look outside yourself to deal with complex and complicated problems. Therefore increasing your tolerance to them and in-turn increasing your capacity for more complex problems and adverse conditions. I.e achieving elite-performance.

This is the process we undertook as elite Special Forces Operators and this is what we are offering to you.

Our courses, camps, retreats, programs and remote-training programs are designed by former SF Operators based on the training methodology used in the preparation, selection and training of elite Special Forces Operators. We have decades of cumulative experience in the Australian Special Air Service Regiment (SASR), 1st and 2nd Commando Regiment and the Tactical Assault Group (TAG).

Since 2008 we have been refining our programs to assist hundreds of clients, members, corporates and sporting teams to maximise their potential. Since 2008 we have had 100's of clients from all over the world undertake our programs to achieve their next-level. Our clientele include: high-profile professional sports identities; AFL football teams; and elite military athletes. Our programs are comprehensive, tried, tested, proven and continuously improved to help you achieve your potential.
