THE FIRST STAGE OF THE CONTINUUM, IS EDUCATION AND AWARENESS via our SEMINARS. THESE SEMINARS COVER RESILIENCE THEORY INCLUDING THE DEFINITIONS, REQUIREMENTS, PRINCIPLES AND PROCESSES INVOLVED IN BUILDING HIGH-FUNCTIONING TEAMS.

STEP 2: PROGRAMS

the SECOND step, IS learning and PRACTICING THE PRACTICAL PROCESSES OF BUILDING INTRINSIC LEVELS OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL RESILIENCE through our MINDSET & MENTAL CONDITIONING AND physical STRENgTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMS.

Here we learn to build the ‘habit of being resilient’.

STEP 3: CAMPS

the final steps involve participating in OUR camps. the cadre camp, chaos camp, havoc camp and a soon to be announced TRAINING camp, which will continue IN THE THREAD OF OFFERING unique and unparalleled challengES AND IMMERSIVE learning experiences.

THE MILL METHOD FOLLOWS ON FROM THE LEARNINGS OF THE MINDSET MATTERS SEMINAR.

this program is an intensive mindset and mental conditioning training program designed to help our clients understand the relationship between mental toughness and physical fitness. The programs gives our students the skills and knowledge to leverage their physiology by incorporating mental processes and tools into their physical training sessions. These tools maximise the benefit of your physical sessions by incorporating mental strength processes which compliment your physical training efforts.

This is an 8-step online program which includes 8 x 30-minute video training packages where we discuss the implementation of tried and tested mental conditioning tools to be incorporated into your training sessions. Whether you are training in a gym or undertaking long treks over rugged terrains, the systems discussed in this program have far reaching benefits beyond just physical exertion. physical training is the tool used to demonstrate how they can be used. But they apply to taking on the most difficult and arduous tasks you may ever undertake.
