After serving in Australian Special Forces, including operational deployments to Iraq AND AFGHANISTAN and multiple tours throughout the Global War on Terror - our founderS built The Mill on a single premise: the physical and mental systems that make Special Forces soldiers exceptional can be taught to anyone willing to do the work.

Since 2008, The Mill has trained elite athletes, first responders, military candidates, and high-performing professionals from a base in North Fremantle, WA - and through an online platform reaching members across Australia and beyond.

EVERYTHING CONTAINED IN THE FOUNDATION PROGRAMS and more. DESIGNED FOR OUR LEVEL 3 ATHLETES. INCLUDES THE GENERAL preparedness program, and GYM access. Built for those who want to operate at the highest level.

LEVEL 4 AND ABOVE PROGRAMS. DESIGNED FOR ASPIRING SPECIAL FORCES AND POLICE TACTICAL GROUP CANDIDATES. priority access to camps, and direct mentoring pathways for SF/PTG Selection candidates.
