PRO-TEAM

TRAINING CAMPS

The preparation program behind West Coast Eagles, Parramatta Eels , Manly Sea Eagles AND fremantle dockers pre-season programs.

WHAT WE BUILD

Our Pro-Team camps are not generic team-building exercises. They are purpose-designed programs that develop the mental and physical foundations of high-functioning teams — built on the same methodology used to prepare Special Forces operators, and refined over more than fifteen years of working with elite sporting organisations.

Every camp is built around three outcomes:

  • Leadership at every level. Not just the captain. Every player who needs to make a decision when the game is on the line.

  • Cohesion under pressure. Trust forged through shared adversity — the kind that holds together when the season is at its worst.

  • Resilience that lasts. The mental architecture to stay composed, adapt, and perform when conditions are against you.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Our programs are designed for sporting teams at every level of competition. Each tier gets a program built for their context — not a scaled-up or scaled-down version of something else.

  • AMATEUR — Club & Regional Teams

You are building a culture. The habits, standards and trust that separate a team that competes from a team that wins are not developed at training — they are forged under pressure, in an environment that demands more than a regular session ever would.

Our Amateur programs are accessible, high-impact, and designed to deliver a lasting shift in how your group operates as a team. A single day or overnight camp can change the standard your club holds itself to for an entire season.

Programs from $1,200 ex-GST. Indicative quote provided within 24 hours of enquiry.

  • SEMI-PRO — State Squads, Academies & High-Performance Programs

You are operating in the space between club sport and elite competition. Your athletes are on a development trajectory that demands more than a standard pre-season — they need to understand what high-performance looks like from the inside, and they need to be challenged in ways that reveal who they are under pressure.

Our Semi-Pro programs are structured around your performance calendar and your squad's specific development objectives. We work with your coaching and HP staff to design a program that sits within your preparation block and delivers measurable outcomes.

Programs from $1,600 ex-GST. Scoping conversation with coaching staff prior to program design.

  • PRO TEAM — NRL, AFL & National-Level Organisations

You already have the talent. What determines the outcome — in a final, in a must-win game, in the moments when the season is decided — is the quality of the team behind the individual. The trust, the accountability, the composure, the willingness to lead when it is hard.

Our Pro-Team programs are designed in direct consultation with your coaching and football operations leadership. Content, intensity and format are built around your squad's specific needs, competition calendar and leadership objectives. All methodology and program content is fully confidential.

We have delivered programs for West Coast Eagles, Parramatta Eels, Manly Sea Eagles and Fremantle Dockers. We understand the environment, the expectations and what it takes to deliver something that elite athletes — and the organisations that support them — will take seriously.

Programs from $7,500 ex-GST. All engagements begin with a confidential scoping session.

→ Arrange a confidential briefing with Nick

  • CORPORATE & EMERGENCY SERVICES

High-performance is not exclusive to sport. The qualities that make a team dangerous on a field — trust, composure, the ability to lead through adversity — are the same qualities that determine whether an organisation performs when conditions are hardest.

Our corporate and emergency services programs translate the same methodology into the organisational context. Programs are designed for commercial organisations, government agencies, police, fire and ambulance services, and business leadership teams who need more than a conference room exercise.

Programs from $3,200 ex-GST. All corporate engagements are scoped before any program is designed.

PROGRAM DURATION — WHAT ARE YOU CHOOSING BETWEEN?

Our programs are structured around six duration tiers. The right format depends on your objectives, your group size, your competition calendar, and how far you want to push. The table below gives you an orientation — every program is confirmed through a scoping conversation before a final quote is issued.

DurationFormat What it delivers Best for:

  • Up to 6 hours (UP TO A Half-day session) - A focused, high-intensity experience with a single leadership or cohesion theme. Keynote, challenge activity and debrief. No overnight component.First-time groups. In-season top-up. Budget-conscious clubs wanting a genuine experience without a multi-day commitment.

  • 12 hours (Full-day) A full program arc - brief, physical and mental challenge activities, leadership scenarios, and a structured debrief. No overnight.Clubs and semi-pro squads wanting a full experience within a single day. Pre-season day camps.

  • 24 hours (Overnight) The standard camp format. Continuous from arrival to departure. No designated sleep period by default. Physical and mental challenge sustained over the full period. Two program arcs with a structured debrief midpoint.Squads who have completed a 24-hour camp and are ready for a more demanding experience. Pre-season blocks for high-performance programs.

HOW IT WORKS

This is not a black box. Here is exactly what happens from your first contact to your team stepping off the bus.

  • Step 1 — Get in touch Submit an enquiry below or contact us directly. Tell us your group size, preferred timing and what you are trying to achieve. If you are not sure yet, that is fine — we will help you work it out.

  • Step 2 — Scoping conversation We will get on a call — typically 20 to 30 minutes for Amateur and Semi-Pro enquiries, 45 minutes for Pro-Team and Corporate. We want to understand your squad, your objectives, your competition calendar and any constraints. This conversation shapes the program.

  • Step 4 — Confirm and prepare A 50% deposit confirms your date. We issue a pre-camp information pack to participants covering what to bring, what to expect, and any medical or physical considerations. Balance is due 14 days prior to the camp.

  • Step 5 — Deliver We run the program. You show up. Your team leaves different.

FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED AND MET NICK AND HIS TEAM, THEIR LEVEL OF KINDNESS, COMMUNICATION, HUMILITY, RESPECT AND ORGANISATION WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE. NICK’S BRIEF WAS PERFECT AND RESONATED SO WELL WITH THE ENVIRONMENT WE ARE STRIVING TO SHAPE AT CLAREMONT, AND THE ASSOCIATED BEHAVIOURS THAT MOST IMPORTANTLY UNDER PIN THIS. THE WAY IN WHICH HE EXPLAINED THE VALUES OF ACTING WITH INTENT, CONTRIBUTION & COMMUNICATION MADE AN IMMEDIATE AND VERY STRONG IMPACT AND FRAMED THE ‘WHY’ IN WHICH DID THE ACTIVITIES WE DID PERFECTLY. ALSO TO TOUCH ON BUILDING RESILIENCE THROUGH THE SMALL WINS WE ACHIEVE BY DOING ALL THE ‘LITTLE BIG THINGS’ IN OUR DAILY LIVES AND THE ASSOCIATED POSITIVE NEURAL PLASTICITY RESPONSES THAT OCCUR IN THE BRAIN IS A WONDERFUL MESSAGE FOR THE PLAYERS TO HEAR.

THE FLOW FROM THE BRIEF INTO THE ACTIVITIES AND THE WAY IN WHICH THE GUYS FACILITATED THEM AND MANAGED THE PLAYERS WAS GREAT, ONLY INTERVENING AND PROVIDING DIRECTIONS WHEN NEEDED AND BEING CRYSTAL CLEAR AND FIRM.

TO SUM IT UP, I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN QUITE A FEW DAYS LIKE YESTERDAY, BUT THIS WAS WITHOUT PAR BY A MILE THE BEST DUE TO THE POINTS ABOVE.

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU CAN PASS ON MY SINCERE THANKS TO NICK AND THE MILL TEAM THAT RAN THE DAY SO WELL, I AM SO HAPPY THAT WE FOUND YOU GUYS AND SHARED THAT EXPERIENCE WITH YOU.
