This program is the foundation of everything we set out to achieve when we started The Mill Gym. Originally designed to prepare soldiers for success in Special Forces selection and beyond, we have since adapted it to suit anyone aiming to operate at an elite level in any field. Our services, camps, and workshops were developed based on a comprehensive training needs analysis conducted when the gym was established. Together, they form a critical pathway to elite-level success, complementing each other in developing all aspects of physical and mental capabilities.

Our thorough approach covers planning and preparation, physical and mental conditioning, and stress testing newly acquired knowledge and skills. To achieve optimal results, the program's elements should be completed in a systematic order, ensuring the development of resilience in all dimensions—physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional—while honing real-world problem-solving skills in extreme conditions.

The Resilience Development Program will enhance your ability to contribute at an elite level in any environment or organization.

For those aspiring to succeed in Special Forces selection, we strongly recommend completing all aspects of the Resilience Development Program, regardless of your skills, trade, profession, or background.


THE RESILIENCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM [RDP]

 

The RDP includes:-

  • Resilience Development Workshop

  • Mindset and Mental Conditioning mentoring (by phone or one-on-one in person). this includes:

    • 1 x 1hr introductory mentoring session

    • 10 x 30min mentoring sessions

  • 12 week training program suitable to your current fitness level and goals

  • 25% off the mill Training camps & workshops (cadre, havoc, Chaos etc.)

The Mill RDP is founded on tried, tested and proven methodologies practiced by Tier-1 Special Forces Operatives. Your level of mental resilience is the direct result of the sum total of challenging experiences you have subjectED yourself to, and your ability to overcome the difficulties they present. It is a process TO develop and instil habits THAT reinforce appropriate behaviour and thought processes for managing stress, fear and anxiety and for solving complex-problems.


THE 4 RESILIENCE PILLARS

 

The Resilience Development Program (RDP) is built on four essential pillars:

  1. Rest, Relaxation & Recovery

  2. Diet & Nutrition

  3. General Physical Preparedness

  4. Mindset & Mental Conditioning

Each pillar is equally important and must be addressed with balanced and consistent effort. Mastering these pillars is a process of continuous improvement. Over time, your dedication to this process will help you relax, build confidence, strengthen mental resilience, and enhance performance.

The pillars are interconnected, meaning the success of the program relies on your commitment to each one. For high achievers, the challenge often lies in knowing which routines and habits to adopt and understanding what "good" truly means—what mindset and mental conditioning are required for elite performance.

Our RDP is designed to clarify what "good" looks like and how to achieve it. It helps you identify factors that contribute to or inhibit your progress, making your journey to the next level more efficient and effective.

WE ARE Former Special Forces operatives who have: over 10+ years of Special Forces experience; world-wide operational experience; and served as instructors on Special Forces Selection courses, This program is a result of OUr cumulative real world experience.
