Overview

Fight Ready is a high-intensity, pad-focused group session built by Ben Kelleher, former Australian Boxing, Kick-Boxing and MMA champion. Expect partner punching-bag and focus-mitt circuits that sharpen your hands, build footwork and gas tank, and harden your mindset under pressure.

  • Who: Ages 16+. All levels welcome.

  • When: Every Thursday, 05:00–06:00

  • Where: The Mill

  • Membership: You do not need to be a member of The Mill to join.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner bag rounds: crisp combos, power shots, tempo changes.

  • Focus-mitt work: accuracy, timing, angles, defensive movement.

  • Footwork drills: ring craft, entries, exits, balance.

  • Conditioning finishers: core, posterior chain, short work-to-rest intervals.

  • Coach cues: real-time adjustments from Ben to lift output and clean up form.

Format is pad-based and skill focused. No prior experience required.
