THE FITNESS JOURNEY BEGINS HERE
$45 PER MONTHTHE BASE MEMBERSHIP IS IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO ARE AT THE BEGINNING OF THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY, OR THOSE WHO ARE RETURNING TO FITNESS AFTER A LONG LAY OFF.

IMPORTANT NOTE
AFTER 14 YEARS OF DESIGNING PROGRAMS FOR A VAST ARRAY OF CLIENTS AT DIFFERENT FITNESS LEVELS, WE HAVE USED THE LESSONS LEARNED TO DESIGN A FITNESS CONTINUUM WHICH CAN TAKE THE AVERAGE ATHLETE TO AN ELITE LEVEL OF PHYSICAL & MENTAL RESILIENCE. THIS EXPERIENCE TELLS US THAT, ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH OUR INTERSTATE AND INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS, WE NEED TO ESTABLISH THEIR BASELINE FITNESS LEVEL IN ORDER TO DESIGN PROGRAMS SPECIFIC TO THEM. THE GENERAL ATHLETIC CONDITIONING [GAC] TEST HAS PROVEN TO BE THE MOST EFFECTIVE METHOD FOR US TO ASCERTAIN WHERE OUR ATHLETES STAND ON OUR FITNESS CONTINUUM. WE USE THEIR RESULTS, AND THE RESULTS OF HUNDREDS OF OUR OTHER CLIENTS, TO GIVE US A REALISTIC PICTURE OF THEIR GENERAL PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS.
AS A POINT TO NOTE, 100% OF OUR CLIENTS WHO HAVE ON TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN SPECIAL FORCES SELECTION, OR WHO CURRENTLY SERVE IN SPECIAL FORCES, HAVE DEMONSTRATED A MINUMUM GAC TEST SCORE OF LEVEL 4. BASED ON THIS DATA, WE RECOMMEND THAT REGARDLESS OF WHATEVER SPORT, PROFESSION, CRAFT OR TRADE YOU ARE TRAINING FOR, LEVEL 4 STANDS AS AN EXCELLENT BENCHMARK. SO MUCH SO THAT WE DON’T TAKE ON ANY MORE CLIENTS FOR SPECIFIC SPECIAL FORCES PREPARATION TRAINING UNTIL THEY REACH LEVEL 4 AS A MINIMUM.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU COMPLETE THE GAC TEST TO GET A REAL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR START-POINT ON THIS JOURNEY. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO COMPLETE THIS TEST ARE PROVIDED ON THE GAC TEST PAGE.
