THE BASE MEMBERSHIP IS IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO ARE AT THE BEGINNING OF THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY, OR THOSE WHO ARE RETURNING TO FITNESS AFTER A LONG LAY OFF. MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES PROGRAMS WHICH WILL INTRODUCE YOU TO ALL EXERCISE MOVEMENTS, IMPROVE YOUR STRENGTH AND WORK CAPACITY.
BASE PROGRAMS

GROUND ZERO
LEVEL 1+
THIS IS THE STARTING POINT FOR THOSE BEGINNING THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY. THROUGHOUT THIS 6 WEEK PROGRAM, YOU WILL BE INTRODUCED TO THE EXERCISE MOVEMENTS, WHILE BUILDING STRENGTH & WORK CAPACITY.
THIS IS A 6 WEEK PROGRAM. 1 SESSION PER DAY, 3 DAYS PER WEEK. 3 TOTAL TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK.
FOUNDATION
LEVEL 1+
THE FOUNDATION PROGRAM BUILDS UPON THE GROUND ZERO PROGRAM. YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD STRENGTH AND IMPROVE YOUR CONDITIONING AND WORK CAPACITY LEVELS. THIS PROGRAM IS ALSO IDEAL FOR THOSE RETURNING TO FITNESS AFTER A LONG LAY OFF.
THIS IS A 6 WEEK PROGRAM. 1 SESSION PER DAY, 3 DAYS PER WEEK. 3 TOTAL TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK.

STARTING STRENGTH
LEVEL 1+
STARTING STRENGTH IS A BASIC STRENGTH PROGRAM FOR BUILDING STRENGTH IN KEY BARBELL LIFTS, KETTLEBELL MOVEMENTS AND BASIC BODY-WEIGHT TECHNIQUES.
THIS IS A 6 WEEK PROGRAM. 1 SESSION PER DAY, 4 DAYS PER WEEK. 4 TOTAL TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK.

CARDIO TEAM
LEVEL 2+
THE CARDIO TEAM PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO BE CONDUCTED WITH A PARTNER. WORKOUTS ARE CIRCUIT BASED UTILISING NON TECHNICAL EXERCISES, BODYWEIGHT AND AEROBIC MOVEMENTS WHICH WILL IMPROVE YOUR WORK CAPACITY.
THIS IS A 6 WEEK PROGRAM. 1 SESSION PER DAY, 3 DAYS PER WEEK. 3 TOTAL TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK.
